Balloon Care Tips
1. Balloons and Temperature: Please don't leave balloons in a hot car - air can expand in the heat and this could cause your balloons to pop! We recommend that you use air conditioning in your vehicle when transporting balloons on a hot day.
2. Balloons - Child and Pet Precautions: Uninflated or burst balloons can present a choking hazard and should never be left with children under the age of eight without supervision. Store balloons away from pets to ensure that they cannot accidentally ingest popped balloons. If a balloon pops, clear away any broken balloons and it's decorative contents (if applicable) immediately.
3. Balloons and the Environment: At the end of a balloon's life, cut the end of the balloon with scissors to remove any air, then dispose of it in the bin.
4. Balloons can Pop: While we use the highest quality balloons and take every precaution necessary with your balloons to ensure they last through your event, once the balloons leave our door or we have left the venue, they are out of our control.
Local Delivery
Local Delivery Starts at $20 for small item drop off and $75 for event decor. Additional charges may apply if you are outside of our regular delivery area or if your event requires Setup and Take Down.
Deliveries are scheduled in 30 minute time frames to allow for delays with weather and traffic
Balloons can not be left unattended. Please make sure someone will be present to accept delivery at the scheduled time. There will be an additional charge for redelivery.
Winter Weather deliveries will be rescheduled when driving conditions are dangerous. Deliveries will not be conducted if local authorities have advised against travel or the DTA is not running. (Those are my 2 benchmarks to let me know how bad driving conditions are, I keep a close eye on the weather- if conditions are looking to deteriorate we can move your delivery earlier or later to accommodate! I will be as flexible as possible in these situations in order to maintain safety.)

Booking Fees and Cancellations
Lauralloons creations are all Air-Filled. No Helium is used. This means your balloons will not float.
Cold is ok for balloons! You may notice slight shrinkage in your balloons- especially foils- in cold weather but they will perk back up once indoors.
Heat and Balloons don’t mix. Drastic increase in heat can cause your balloons to expand and pop. Balloons exposed to heat and direct sunlight are more likely to pop. For this reason we recommend Balloon decor for indoor use and if you are transporting balloons on a hot day make sure to use air conditioning in your vehicle!
Booking Fees and Cancellations
Availability is limited. A $50 non-refundable Booking Fee secures your date. Booking fee is deducted from your Party Total. Any cancellations prior to 48 hours to the start of your event you can use your booking fee for an alternate date. There are no refunds for any cancellations 48 or less before the start time of your event.
