Lauralloons will be closed July 10th-17th to attend Balloon Wonderland!
What is Balloon Wonderland?
Balloon Wonderland will be held July 10-16, 2022, at the Hyatt Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida. I’ll be working side-by-side with some of the most talented artisans in the balloon industry to construct world-class interactive decor on a colossal scale! There will be over 300 decorators and twisters from around the world coming together to work on this project. At the end of the build, it will be handed over to the Give Kids the World Foundation of Florida for several days of fundraising activities.

From their website: “Give Kids The World Village – an 89-acre, whimsical nonprofit resort in Central Florida that provides critically ill children and their families with magical weeklong wish vacations at no cost. A stay at the Village is much more than a vacation; it's an opportunity for these families to laugh together, play together, and create priceless memories away from hospital stays and medical treatments. We are delighted to share news and resources about the place Where Happiness Inspires Hope, which has helped spread joy to more than 177,000 families from around the world since 1986.”

*For transparency I, as a regular delegate, paid a registration fee to be involved and I am also responsible for my travel, lodging, etc. so none of the fundraising money is going to the delegates. I will be taking time away from my own business here in Duluth, MN but the opportunity to work on such a unique and impactful project makes it worth it! I also will be learning new skills and networking with some of the best balloon professionals in the world!
